Returns & Exchanges Policy

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving product(s). Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.

Please note: items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned/exchanged.

Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • All goods should be returned in their original condition, not worn, washed or altered, and all labels should be retained.
    All items will be returned with the original box.
    Return all items packaged.
    Return/exchange the goods using the same services as the original delivery.
    We can only accept returns/exchanges in the country where the order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US
    Custom items cannot be returned.
    Unfortunately, the import and shipping costs incurred by the return/exchange will be at your own expense.
    Of course, any defective item can be returned.

We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

You will be informed if we propose to reject your refund/exchange; you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?

Step 1: Please contact our Customer service team to start the return process with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product

Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.

Step 3: Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert all copies in the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without closing it. These documents are required for customs, so please be sure to complete all 3 copies.

Step 4: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.

REFUND

In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by PLCplaza in case of returns.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 30 natural days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

PLCPLAZA will bear the return postage if under below reason:
Arrived damaged, Missing parts or pieces, item is defective, received wrong item, Doesn't match description or photos
Buyer should bear the return postage if under below reason:
Ordered by mistake, Don't like it, Changed of mind, Found a better price.

If there is return handling fees will be charged?
NO, PLCPLAZA will not charge any handling fees on return.

About refund:
Buyer will receive full refund if return item is in a good condition with orginal package.

Buyer will receive full refund if the order is under the condition of haven’t shipped out.

PLCPLAZA will delicne to issue any refund if the returned item is damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly.

PLCPLAZA will not issue refund if not recevied return item, that means buyer will not get any refund if the item is on way.
Refund will be issued within 3-5 days after PLCPLAZA received return item, as we need to test and check the return item before issue refund.

Return Process Guidelines:
1) Ensure the item is within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
2) Contact us through chat or by sending an email to wztyplcplaza@gmail.com, including your order number in your message.
3) Upon our response, send the item back in the same condition as received, and ship it to the provided address.
4) Provide a tracking number within two business days of the return confirmation.

Return Shipping:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, unless otherwise stated, you should obtain a return address from our support team.
